A Lesson on "The Extinction Burst"

Right before we're on the brink of surpassing our current limiting belief patterns, something called the 'extinction burst' occurs. This phenomena is supportive to understand if you are on your spiritual path with the goal of recognizing the truth of who you truly are, as if you're able to recognize it, you can see it for what it is and continue forward on your journey. In today's episode, I talk more about what the extinction burst is, how to recognize it on your own journey, and supportive practices to help you stay on track, so once and for all, you can put those limiting beliefs to rest.
