We've all had to experience making a tough decision in life at one time or another. Whether it was large and life changing, like deciding to get a divorce or move across the country, or small, like should I work out today or not? I believe the basis of what makes a decision challenging is that deep within we know what we need to do, but our fear brain is telling us otherwise based on beliefs that we've been taught, what society tells us is right or wrong, or breaking away from an identity you've held onto for too long.
In today's episode, I talk through what making a tough decision looks like, what to expect, and ways you can support yourself through the process so in the end, you can trust your inner guidance and live a life that is meant for you. Enjoy!
